Dr.Mutai Erick's Observations on Contract Awards Kericho County.

Kericho Gubernatorial UDA nominee Dr.Erick Mutai has today reaffirmed his words that he will open up a window  for mass pre-qualification for companies especially those for the youth, women and person with disabilities where they will all be enrolled into a system.

Speaking in Kericho while having an engagement in a meeting with a section of contractors who have previously been awarded contract works by Governor Professor H.E Paul Chepkwony's government.

Dr.Mutai the vibrant gubernatorial nominee who emerged the best with the most popular votes after CS Charles Keter who came 2nd following the month of April  UDA nominations, has now pledged to involve himself in some undertakings in simplifying payment processes for the contractors whose assignments are complete.

 Taking to his social media handle after the meeting, Dr.Mutai has urged upcoming entrepreneurs and most especially the disadvantaged groups to prepare their documents in affirmation that his government God willing will have an equal opportunity on the basis of awarding contracts in the county government of Kericho.

"I request our aspiring enterpreneurs especially the disadvantaged categories to put their documentation in order because ours shall be an equal opportunity administration." - wrote in his social media Facebook handle.

Nevertheless, Dr.Mutai has today clearly put that after August General Elections, his administration will have a blend of both upcoming and established contractors that will see contract works being awarded based on merits.
