In his social media post, Alinur said the restriction for the local media houses to cover the event free of charge is revenge for what the William Ruto-led team claimed as unfair coverage during the presidential campaigns. "This looks like a revenge by William Ruto on Citizen TV and NTV which Kenya Kwanza is saying were not fair while covering his campaigns! Those surrounding William Ruto should not mislead him the way those who surrounded President Uhuru Kenyatta did," he added.
