We must work together to eradicate the scourge of witchcraft and ensure the safety and security of all residents in Kapsaos Ward! - Ken Bill Mteule

⚠️ Shocking Incident Alert ⚠️

I condemn this act of witchcraft with all possible terms. It is unacceptable that such practices still occur in this day and age, especially here in Kapsaos Ward. The incident that took place in Otui-Chebigen, where a cow belonging to a resident named Samuel Keter (Kap-Mwalimu) was stabbed with a knife by unknown assailants, is truly shocking.

The community is in a state of disbelief and fear following this incident. It is imperative that the security agencies thoroughly investigate this matter to ensure the safety and well-being of the residents. Witchcraft should be decisively condemned and those responsible for such heinous acts should be held accountable for their actions.

It is disheartening to see such barbaric practices still prevalent in our society. We must stand together against such acts of violence and superstition. The authorities must take swift action to bring the perpetrators to justice and prevent any further occurrences of witchcraft in our community.

In conclusion, I urge the community to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities to the authorities. We must work together to eradicate the scourge of witchcraft and ensure the safety and security of all residents in Kapsaos Ward.
