I would like to express my gratitude to Hon. Paul Chirchir Kimitiat, Kapsoit Ward MCA, for his compassionate gesture as demonstrated. In his post, he extended his condolences to the families and friends of the victims of the tragic Duka Moja accident, which claimed the lives of seven people.
In the early hours of the morning, Hon. Paul Chirchir Kimitiat was the only elected leader present at Siloam Hospital as one of the two survivors of the accident was being transferred to Eldoret for specialized medical care. Tragically, the survivor passed away during the journey.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the families who have lost their loved ones in this devastating road accident. The loss of life is always a heartbreaking and difficult experience, and it is important to come together as a community to offer support and comfort during such challenging times.
I stand in solidarity with Hon. Paul Chirchir Kimitiat and join him in sending my deepest condolences to the families and friends of the victims. May they find strength and solace in the midst of this tragedy.
