Unwavering Support for the Incumbent Director of Kapsaos Zone, Mr. Geoffrey Kemboi, for a Second Term in Office.
As the upcoming elections for KTDA directors draw near, I am compelled to express my unwavering support for the incumbent director of Kapsaos Zone, Mr. Geoffrey Kemboi, for a second term in office. Mr. Kemboi has proven himself to be a dedicated and effective leader, and his track record of achievements speaks volumes about his capabilities.
During his first term in office, Mr. Kemboi has made significant strides in improving the livelihoods of tea farmers in the Kapsaos Zone. One of his notable achievements is the increase in monthly pay from Ksh 18 to 23, as well as the improvement of bonuses from Ksh 7 to 31 per kg. These changes have had a direct impact on the financial well-being of the farmers and have been greatly appreciated by the community.
Furthermore, Mr. Kemboi has implemented various initiatives to enhance the efficiency of tea production and distribution in the region. The installation of a weighbridge in the factory has improved the accuracy of tea weighing, while the expansion of factory door sales has facilitated the distribution of teas across counties. Additionally, the efficient collection of tea in buying centers and the improved farmer education on tea matters have further solidified Mr. Kemboi's reputation as a proactive and forward-thinking leader.
Other achievements particularly the autonomy achieved for the Toror Tea Factory under his leadership. This accomplishment has empowered tea farmers and strengthened the tea industry.
In light of these accomplishments among others that I may have left uncaptured, it is clear that Mr. Kemboi has exceeded expectations in his role as director of the Kapsaos Zone. His commitment to the well-being of tea farmers and his ability to deliver tangible results make him the ideal candidate for a second term in office. I urge all stakeholders to rally behind Mr. Kemboi and offer him their full support in the upcoming elections.
In conclusion, I wish Dir Geoffrey Kemboi all the best in his bid for re-election. His dedication to the tea industry and his proven track record of success make him a valuable asset to the Kapsaos Zone and the KTDA as a whole. Let us continue to support Mr. Kemboi as he strives to lead the tea farmers to even greater heights of prosperity and success.
