Inconsistencies in the Narrative Surrounding Rita Tinina's Illness and Death.

I am just thinking out loud here, but the circumstances surrounding Rita Tinina's death raise some serious questions about the management of her illness. Pneumonia, a common and treatable infection, should not have been allowed to progress to the point of causing death. 

According to reports, Rita Tinina had been sick with pneumonia, a potentially life-threatening infection, yet no one seemed to have noticed. How could she have been suffering from such a serious illness without anyone realizing the severity of her condition? 

Furthermore, it is puzzling that Rita Tinina, an employee of NTV Kenya  which provides medical cover for its staff, did not receive the necessary treatment for pneumonia. With access to medical care through her employer, one would expect that she would have received the appropriate medical attention to address her illness. 

The fact that her boss, Joe Ageyo, claimed that she was fine and at work the day before her death raises even more questions. How could she have appeared fine and been able to work if she had severe pneumonia that ultimately led to her death the following day? 

It is clear that there are inconsistencies in the narrative surrounding Rita Tinina's illness and death. The lack of awareness of her condition, the failure to provide adequate medical treatment, and the seemingly contradictory statements about her health raise concerns about the circumstances leading to her untimely demise. 

In conclusion, it is imperative that a thorough investigation be conducted to determine the factors that contributed to Rita Tinina's death. It is essential to ensure that such lapses in healthcare management are addressed to prevent similar tragedies in the future.
